Gratinated oysters with chorizo and parmesan

Ingredients
- 12 oysters
- Coarse salt
- 25 ml of chorizo cut into small dice
- 45 ml of grated parmesan
- 15 ml of chopped fresh chives
Preparation
- Preheat your oven on broil.
- Brush the oysters under cold water, then mop them up. Open the oysters and detach the top shell.
- To keep the oysters in place, cover a small baking tray in coarse salt, then place the oysters.
- Garnish the oysters with chorizo and parmezan. Bake in the oven for 1 to 2 minutes .Remove from oven and let it cool.
- When serving garnish the oysters with chives.
